Level Sensor is installed at the bottom of the expansion water tank of the automotive power battery cooling system. The special design matches the water tank to prevent coolant leakage.
According to the shape and size of the water tank and the customer's requirements, the signal triggering position of the liquid level switch is designed. When the coolant level in the expansion tank gradually decreases with the consumption of coolant in the cooling system, the float ball in the water tank drops together with the liquid level. When the liquid level is lower than the lowest point, the magnet in the float ball closes the reed switch in the liquid level switch, triggering an alarm signal to remind the driver to add coolant; when the coolant level is filled above the low alarm point, the float ball with the magnet leaves the reed switch, the switch is disconnected, and the alarm signal is released.
